Partnership with RCGP Primary Care Development Team

Sandringham Medical Centre has worked with the NHS PLS delivery partner: 
The Royal College of General Practitioners to improve primary care services as part of the 
Practice Level Support Programme.
The RCGP work involved supporting the practice to move towards the Modern General Practice Model, this transformation journey is to better align capacity with need, improve patient experience and improve the working environment for general practice staff.
